About Us
Rooted & Crowned recognizes self-care is impossible without community care. We offer an ethical sanctuary for women to uplift and affirm their collective and individual power. Rooted & Crowned acknowledges the systemic isolation Indigenous women experience specifically, and we exist to illuminate OUR wholeness as we liberate ourselves from harmful programming.
Our Founder created R&C because there needs to be a safe space where implementing and practicing self-care is deeper than talking about trauma, antiquated belief systems and sharing info graphics.
Self-care is a devotional practice for sustaining the fullness of your energy. We prioritize self-love in action. Our approach to integrating wellbeing is explorative and multi-sensory.
